مگنت کُن پیچ گوشتی یونیور – UNIOR مدل 633
Product features
- material: ABS
- blue colour
Usage:
- Use the magnetiser to magnetise the screwdriver’s tip so that the screws stick to the tip. Magnetise the tip by pushing the tip and the shaft of the screwdriver through the opening of the magnetiser marked with +. The screwdriver’s tip will be magnetised immediately.
- The tip can be demagnetised by pushing the tip and the shaft into the magnetiser’s opening marked with – and by lightly rubbing the inner wall of the opening.
- The duration of the magnetisation depends on the area of use. If a magnetised screwdriver is used in a room where the magnetic field lines are stronger (e.g. electric cabinet), the tip demagnetises faster. In a normal environment, the magnetisation lasts longer.
- The magnetiser is used for fastening screws with screwdrivers where the screw cannot be aligned directly with the hole but can be placed into the hole or onto the point of screwing with the screwdriver tip. The same applies for unfastening, since the screw can easily be removed from an area where there is limited space. The magnetised tip can also serve for picking up tiny metal objects in hard to reach places that are otherwise not accessible with the hands.
Important!
- The magnetised screwdriver cannot be used for grabbing stainless steel screws.

Safety tips
- Use a screw holding screwdriver to get screws started in awkward, hard-to-reach areas.
- Use a stubby screwdriver in close quarters where a conventional screwdriver cannot be used.
- A rounded tip should be redressed with a file; make sure edges are straight.
- Screwdrivers used in the shop are best stored in a rack. This way, the proper selection of the right screwdriver can be quickly made.
- Keep the screwdriver handle clean; a greasy handle is apt to cause accidents.
- A screwdriver should never be used as pry bar. If it is overstressed in this manner, the blade might break and send a particle of steel into the operator’s arm or even towards his eyes.
- Don’t use pliers on the handle of a screwdriver to get extra turning power. A wrench should only be used on the square shank or bolster of a screwdriver that is especially designed for that purpose.
- Don’t expose a screwdriver blade to excessive heat as it may reduce the hardness of the blade.
- Don’t use a screwdriver with a split or broken handle.
- Don’t use a regular screwdriver to check a storage battery or to determine if an electrical circuit is live.
